Working as a respiratory therapist gave me a new excitement I never found in other jobs. I realized I wanted to be involved in every aspect of patient care—not just one small part. The MSMS program showed me I could do it, and it gave me the confidence to get into PHSU's MD program and pursue my dream of becoming a physician.
